Getafe have not received any offers for Moroccan winger Abdelaziz Barrada, a source inside the Spanish club revealed on Monday.

The 22-year-old Barrada attracted attention after delivering outstanding performances with Getafe since joining the club in 2010.

Recent reports have hinted that Manchester City, Liverpool and Barcelona are monitoring the Moroccan international, but Getafe have not had any solid bids for the player.

“We are not surprised, because Barrada is a player who has progressed enormously, but at this moment we are not negotiating with any club and have not received any offers for his services,” an unnamed source told Sky Sports television channel.

Barrada has made a fine start to Getafe’s Spanish La Liga campaign, scoring two goals in four matches. His goals included a precious goal against Real Madrid in the team’s surprise 2-1 win over the defending champions.

The former Paris Saint Germain player is tied to Getafe until 2015.
