But Guardiola remained discreet before the clash, aware that his opinions and analysis would have an influence. Nevertheless, he wasn’t expecting such a harsh scoreline and even less the way the match was played.

He watched the match on television and was amazed by the German side’s show of force. A team that will be strengthened by the arrival of Mario Götze and, as Heynckes agent revealed on Wednesday, by Robert Lewandowski too.

If Bayern is successful in winning the treble this year (League, cup and Champion’s League, Guardiola will have extremely high standards to maintain as he will he takes up his new role in Bavaria.

I don’t see the reason why Bayern is trying to get rid of the current coach. The guys is doing just fine and delivering the desired results. Bayern don’t need Guardiola; they need to give this guy a chance to continue on his success story. If they win the UCL and go ahead and fire this guy; Guardiola will never reach this close the the finals of the Champions league; his quest in Bayern will be a flop trust me.
If a team is winning the Champions league, what else are you looking for in a coach; just to spend more money on another famous coach who will be a total flop when he takes over>? Think Twice!!
