Hooligans in England and Wales are being targeted by the police this season and have been warned that any abuse of players of other fans online or in social media will be targeted by the police.

New guidlines address homophobic chanting for the first time, and troublemakers will be banned from attending the 2014 Brazil World Cup.

The new orders will prevent fans from going to matches for at least three years, and any bans imposed this seasonwill also cover the Euro 2016 in France.

The policy outlines violence, disorder, criminal damage and abuse in and surrounding foorball matches which are being approached.
